PALATINE GAA club have confirmed that two adult players within their club have tested positive for Covid-19. A statement on the club’s Facebook page said:

“Palatine GAA Club can confirm that two of our adult players have tested positive for Covid-19.
The Club has implemented the GAA guidelines on dealing with a positive case, which have been issued to all units.
The public health authorities have instigated the contact tracing process and will assume control of the situation from this point.
We request understanding with regard to the current situation and a level of respect be afforded to both the individual and the Club.
We appreciate your support on this and advise anyone with concerns to contact their GP directly.”
Palatine played Tinryland in the Senior Football Championship last weekend and are due to play O’Hanrahans in a quarter-final on Sunday 27 September.
