WHILE Covid-19 has dealt a hammer blow to many industries, one sector that again appears to be flourishing is property.

Testament to this was the arrival of yet another real estate agency on Dublin Street, Carlow this week – Your Move Properties.

Carlow’s newest real estate agency officially opened for business at 12 Dublin Street last Friday and right from the get-go is keen to bring a modern and contemporary touch to the property market.

The estate agency was co-founded by Nessa O’Farrell from Carlow town and Sinead Mulvihill, who’s originally from Kildare. The duo will provide clients with the transparent and professional property services of sales, lettings, property management and valuations.

With more than 20 years’ combined experience working in real estate and a strong knowledge of the property market, Sinead Mulvihill and Nessa O’Farrell brought Your Move Properties to the Carlow area with an understanding that, in these challenging times, estate agents must provide flexibility to suit their clients’ needs in the ever-changing markets of today.

“We are excited to bring a new perspective and approach to Carlow property sales and lettings and look forward to taking something positive out of this unprecedented year,” said Sinead.

Nessa adds that this has “been a long-term goal for both of us, so we are ecstatic to finally see it come to fruition.

“We have been unfortunate with Covid-19 restrictions delaying our launch date, but continue to work behind closed doors until we can officially welcome clients into our new office space. Until then, we are at the end of the phone or email to provide any information or advice to new and existing clients,” adds Nessa.

The ladies promise plenty of Your Move Properties signage across the Carlow area in the coming weeks with the growing demand for people looking to let and sell properties across the county.
