CONGRATULATIONS to Borris Vocational School student Kayley O’Brien, who scooped a student enterprise award for her home baking business.

As part of the mini-company programme in transition-year, Kayley established her company Kaybake to create sweet treats, cakes and cookies with great success.

Rosie Dunne, the student enterprise co-ordinator for the county’s Local Enterprise Office, attended the school to present a student enterprise award to Kayley.

Well done to Kayley, her teachers and all those who supported the project.
