BRIGHT colours and a broad smile caught the attention of the judges at Down Royal Racecourse last Saturday, where the queen of ladies day Faith Amond once again reigned.
Faith, from Milford, Carlow was selected as one of Down Royal’s top ten best dressed ladies. Faith took home a fantastic prize from ladies’ day sponsor Zen Orthodontics.
The best dressed competition was judged by Naomi Callanan, from sponsors Zen Orthodontics and model/fashionista, along with Nuala Meenehan, while Cool FM Breakfast Show host and fashion stylist Rebecca McKinney hosted proceedings.
As the judges made their way through the bold, bright and beautiful crowd of racegoers, the judges managed to select their top ten ladies, whose style and fashion caught their eye.
Faith is no stranger when it comes to being first past the post in the style steaks and is a regular winner at racing festivals all over the country.
Indeed, in 2017, Faith scooped one of ladies’ day most coved titles, winning a style award at the Aintree festival.
With ladies’ days now back at racecourses post-pandemic, it’s fantastic to see Faith back to winning ways.
