A SOCIAL housing development for Bagenalstown has received the green light. Social housing providers Respond have been successful in gaining planning permission for six dwellings at Gleann na Bearú, Royal Oak Road, Moneybeg, Bagenalstown.

Carlow County Council granted planning permission to four two-bedroom apartments and two one-bedroom apartments.
