Borris: Muireann O’Gorman and Seamus O’Brien wish to construct a new one-storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling at Bog Lane, Borris.
Carlow: Niall Morris on behalf of St Catherine’s Community Services Centre wishes to construct a proposed single-storey extension to the existing community centre comprising of additional consultation rooms/family room, additional offices, toilets, hallway to front of crèche and removal of existing portacabin on St Joseph’s Road, Carlow.
John Kennedy wishes to retain garage to the rear of the existing dwelling at Grange Court, Pollerton.
Goresbridge: Brian Connolly wishes to construct a two-storey dwelling house and single-storey domestic garage at Ballyellin and Tomdarragh.
Graiguenalug: Esther Hanlon and Peter Prendergast wish to construct a single-storey dwelling house at Graiguenalug.
Tullow: Aisling Hayden wishes to retain floor slab as constructed, and full planning permission is sought to complete dwelling house at Rathbaun, Tullow,
Nimbus Property Company Ltd wishes to provide a residential development comprising completion works to existing buildings as constructed on previous applications and the erection of eight semi-detached dwellings to provide for a total of 70 residential dwellings as follows: 53 two-bedroom dwellings, 16 three-bed dwellings, one four-bed dwelling.
