Carlow County Council have approved the development of 14 dwellings at the Millrace, Carlow.
Planning permission was granted to Peter Salter recently. The proposals include two bungalows, six end of terrace three bedroom two-storey homes and six mid-terrace two bedroom two-storey houses.
