Margaret Lennon (née Byrne)

178 Duggan Avenue, Graiguecullen, and formerly of 18 Chapel St., Graiguecullen, Carlow and Kent, U.K , passed away peacefully, at Milford Hospice, Limerick, on May 5th, 2023.

 

Beloved mother of John, William, Jacqueline and Joann, adored grandmother of Ciara, Jamie, Eabha, Aiden, Ewan and Quinn and cherished sister of Joan, and the late Maureen, John and Brenda.

 

She will be sadly missed by her loving sons, daughters, grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and her many friends.

Reposing at Carpenter Bros Funeral Home, Graiguecullen, (Eircode R93 ET80) from 4pm on Thursday, May 11th, with Prayers at 6.30pm that evening. Removal on Friday at 9.30am to St Clare’s Church, Graiguecullen, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10a.m. Burial afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow.

Eileen Maher (née Redmond)
On 7th May 2023, Whitehall Road West, Dublin 12 and formerly of Clashganny, Carlow; peacefully, in her 102nd year, surrounded by her loving family in the kind care of the staff of Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross. Predeceased by her husband Patrick, son Paddy, daughters Ann, Patricia and Pauline. Beloved mam of Kathleen, Noeleen, Gerry, Richard and Tina.
Eileen will be forever loved and very sadly missed by her loving children, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren especially Anthony, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends, also remembering her four-legged pal Foxy.

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village on Tuesday (9th May 2023) from 5pm to 7pm.
Funeral Mass on Wednesday (10th May 2023) at 10am in St. Agnes’s Church, Crumlin Village followed by cremation in Newlands Cross Crematorium.

John Hughes

51 Conway Park, Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow, peacefully, in St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny, surrounded by his loving family. Pre-deceased by his adored wife Rita, his mother and father and his brothers Noel, Gerry and Billy. John is deeply missed by his heartbroken son and daughter Damian and Yvonne, his grandchildren Leah, Charlie, Ellen and Siofra, his daughter in law Shona, brothers and sisters, brothers and sisters in laws, nieces and nephews and wide circle of friends.
