A number of gardening tools were taken from a domestic garage in the Bullock Park area of Carlow. A Titan leaf blower, a red Tanaka pole saw, a red Tanaka hedge trimmer and a Robin hedge cutter were taken sometime between Saturday 6 and Wednesday 10 May.

A second incident involving the theft of gardening equipment was reported to Gardaí on Thursday 11 May. A Husqvarna chainsaw, a black Legacy lawn mower and a strimmer were taken from a garden shed in Cranemore, Kildavin between 5pm on Wednesday and 7pm on Thursday.
