The new Glenveagh Properties facility at the former Braun site on O’Brien Road, Carlow

LOCAL councillors recently enjoyed a visit to the new Glenveagh Properties facility at the former Braun site and were given an insight into the company’s plans for its Carlow operations. Cllr John Cassin welcomed the visit, adding that it was “lovely to be brought up there and shown around”.

“The impact of their factory here will be phenomenal in terms of the potential to create jobs, and I look forward to working with them,” said cllr Cassin. Cllr Fergal Browne agreed and asked the council to write to Glenveagh to thank the company for the invitation.
