Caravan owners in The Laurels issued with notices

FOLLOWING complaints from residents in The Laurels, Carlow County Council has issued notices to several caravan owners in the area and plans to issue more.

At the recent meeting of the local authority, director of services Michael Brennan said that a litter clean-up has taken place in The Laurels, while notices were served on caravan owners in the area. He confirmed that more notices will be served in the coming days to caravans that were moved to an area close by.

Mr Brennan said a team will meet later this week for further discussions on the situation.
